Shipping information

Delivery charges and timescales will vary depending on the delivery address and the delivery method you select when you submit an order to us.

- For all Italian destination the boxes are delivered within 5 (five) working days;
- for all European destinations within 7 (seven) working days;
- for all International destinations within 15 (fifteen) working days (Countries that are not within the EU);

Deliveries to the islands are subject to different transit times and can take up to 36/48 hours more on the standard times.

Profumi di Positano is not responsible for any delay made by the Courier but, when requested, it will be our pleasure to give the assistance to our Customers.

Keep an eye on your order

Once the package is sent, Profumi di Positano will provide the info about the box and the express Courier. You can check the progress of the shipment by the tracking number.
